BASIC 1: Reawaken Your Telepathic Ability
We are all born with the ability to communicate through feeling. Maybe you already have a sense of this — which is what led you here in the first place. The exciting part is that reviving this ability is easier than you think.
Join me in an online format (such as Zoom), with our animal teachers, and a small group of other students (maximum 13) to reawaken your innate telepathic ability. Step by step, in eight weekly meetings, I will help you reconnect — genuinely and deeply — with this magical world of feeling-based communication.
In a fun and supportive atmosphere, you will learn six essential techniques for communicating with animals, recognize how to quiet the chattering mind, and receive personalized and specific insights into your natural strengths and areas for growth. All class meetings are live, and tailored to each group’s unique learning needs; there are no pre-recorded lectures.
By the end of the course, you will have experienced:
- Two-way communication with animals and humans, exchanging images, feelings, knowings, smells, sounds, bodily sensations, etc.;
- My guided meditation for finding a still, centered space of awareness where telepathic communication is effortless;
- Powerful journaling exercises that foster awareness of the parts of you coming forward to shine as you learn to communicate with animals;
- Telepathically dialoguing one-on-one with an animal, and getting validation from their person that the communication you received is correct;
- Feeling successful in your first experiences of animal communication, and opening to a greater connection to all living things.
Each week you will receive mp3s of guided meditations and fun exercises, so you can practice what you learned and prepare for the next week’s lesson. Additionally, each class group has their own password-protected webpage where you can post communications and experiences from our learning adventures together, access guided meditations and the recordings of our class meetings.
The course is divided into two four-week parts, with a break in between. This allows for time to take in and deeply integrate all that you learn.
The course meets once a week for a three-hour class meeting, however the entire eight weeks is a precious and beautiful time in your life. Animals and all living things are waiting for humans to come home to the heart of who they are, where we connect with the heart of all of Life.

Basic 1 Part 1: Making the Connection:
Part 1 of Basic 1 begins on Saturday, August 8, 2026 and meets for four consecutive Saturdays from 11am -2pm Mountain Time. In this part of the course you learn 4 of the 6 techniques, and by the end you will have had multiple experiences of receiving validated and accurate communication impressions from animals.

Basic 1 Part 2: Engaging a Dialogue:
Part 2 of Basic 1 begins on Saturday, September 12, 2026 and meets for four consecutive Saturdays from 11am -2pm Mountain Time. In this part of the course, you learn the 2 remaining techniques, which help deepen and refine your newly reclaimed telepathic abilities. We will also spend time practicing and integrating all that you have learned.
By the end of part 2, you will be able to have a two-way dialogue with an animal, and you will have had multiple experiences of practice with validation. We will also discuss important topics such as energy management and the Code of Ethics for Interspecies Communicators.

Prerequisites for both Part 1 and Part 2:
- To enroll for Basic 1 Part 2: Engaging a Dialogue, Participants must complete Basic 1 Part 1: Making the Connection
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Participants must not have a history of severe mental illness.
- If you are currently taking anti-depressant medication, please know that it is not advised to learn feeling-based animal communication while you are in this phase of healing.
- Past experience has shown that students who have worked with me prior to learning with me have a higher success rate. For this reason, I recommend that you experience a session with me before taking this course. This will help us establish a personal connection and give you a sense of how I work. This can either be an animal communication or telepathic consulting session.
Preparing for Our Work Together
Photos of Animal Friends:
When you register, the intake form will ask you to submit photos of all members of your animal family. We will share these files with each other during practices in and outside of class time. Your animals will be excited to help you and your classmates reawaken your telepathic ability.
Sometimes it can be powerful for students to include photos of one or two animal friends in Spirit. If you would like to do this, please email a photo of each animal in Spirit to me at info@sharonloy.com. Please include his or her name, age at time of passing, year passed, and your age at the time of his or her death.
Sacred Space:
I encourage you to create a sacred space in your home for this course.
Find a quiet, private place in your home that you dedicate to the learning of animal communication. It should include a comfortable chair, a journal for taking notes, photos of your animal friends, and better yet, invite your living animal friends to be with you in the room. The space should be sealed off from pass-through traffic of other household members, and quiet. Above all, make sure the space feels nurturing to your heart.
If you want further information about how to clear and set a sacred space for animal communication, or for other purposes, I recommend the book “Creating Sacred Space with Feng Shui” by Karen Kingston. Her space clearing process is thorough, practical, beautiful, and produces tangible results.
Enhancing Clarity:
A year into my professional practice, I came across a type of meditation created by a medical doctor. This meditation is designed to awaken, strengthen, and clean the energetic structures that we use in animal communication. Only 6 months into practicing this meditation my working stamina improved dramatically. I could do animal communication for 8-10 hours a day, rather than 3-4. Additionally, minor health issues started to disappear, such as my chronic lower back pain, a mildly sluggish thyroid, and more. These meditation techniques, taught by the Clairvision School of Meditation, have enhanced the clarity of my work, are profoundly effective for energy management, and have been an essential component of my success as an animal communicator.
What’s more, I have seen the same results in my students who learn and practice these meditation techniques. The students who come to my Basic 1 course having already learned just the fundamental practices of Awakening the Third Eye Meditation are more successful than students who have not.

Learning from Animals:
I never imagined when I learned animal communication that it would become a full-time career years later. I was just fascinated with it, amazed that it was even possible, and stunned at some of the profound insights animals would share, amidst their requests for different food and descriptions of their favorite toys. BASIC 2: Deepen Your Telepathic Ability
You ended Basic 1 with the excitement and confidence of success. You continue to practice but you miss the momentum of learning with a group. You want to lessen self-doubt and strengthen your discernment of your own thoughts and emotions from your animal’s true telepathic communication. You are ready to deepen your ability and take it to the next level.
Join me in an online format (such as Zoom), with our animal teachers, and a small group of other students to deepen your ability in animal communication. Every week for six weeks, we will meet for a three-hour class where you will refine and strengthen your connection with this magical world of feeling-based communication.
By the end of the course you will understand:
- How to identify the relationship dynamics of mirroring, resonance, and projection.
- How to receive the most specific information possible from an animal, as well as connect with animals’ physical bodies to reveal health issues.
- How to discern important differences in communication with companion animals, working animals, food animals, and wild animals, and the implications of these differences.
- How to take ownership of your own personal growth process. This entails seeing your inner landscape and moving past your internal blocks to achieve more in your communication with animals.
- How to maintain a grounded and open state of feeling-based awareness and take it with you to communicate with animals anywhere you go.

Preparing for Our Work Together
Enhancing Clarity:
I require Basic 2 students and forward to learn and practice the Awakening The Third Eye meditation techniques to support their learning, growth, and energy management. The results are profound and efficient; my students enjoy greater emotional clarity, enhanced physical vitality, and their communications with animals are deep, accurate, and transforming. I feel so blessed to have found these meditation practices for myself, my students, and all the animals and people we are able to help.
As one of the prerequisites for this course, I ask that you regularly listen to a guided meditation for awakening your third eye and more. Meditation: Portal to Inner Worlds is the name of a guided meditation, which essentially will give you an introduction to the basic techniques of this awakening and supportive meditation. Another prerequisite is 10 IST (Inner Space Techniques) sessions with a practitioner. Some who have taken my Basic 1 course consider the possibility of becoming a Professional Animal Communicator. The Basic 2 course is perfect for you to explore this.
Our animal friends bring us such powerful life lessons, with so much love. In the Basic 2 course, you come to a deeper understanding of what it takes to do this work to the high standard that their love and integrity deserve.
For one, you will get a sense of the personal growth work needed to continue to do this work with clarity, accuracy, and from the depths of your heart. Additionally, we will explore the nuances of how to receive the clearest and deepest communications possible from animals. At the end of the course you will emerge with a new level of confidence in what you receive and send telepathically, as well as a respect for how much learning and growing is an ongoing part of this journey.

The Learning Playground: An Animal Communication Practice Circle with Sharon Loy
Every time a Basic 1 or 2 course comes to a close, my students say, “I am so sad this course is ending!”
This work fills our lives with our animals’ love and magic even more. And having learned the foundations of animal communication in Basic 1 and 2, you now have access to a centered space within where you can accurately receive another being’s truth in a grounded, empathic conversation with them.
The Learning Playground is a monthly practice circle and a fun way to continue your learning journey in animal communication. Join me and a group of other Basic 1 graduates for an enlightening and empowering three-hour class once a month, held on Zoom. You will receive validation of accuracy and powerful insights for your growth, with plenty of time for Q&A and individual help from me as questions organically arise. Our agenda will roughly look like this:
- Aspiration Meditation to Open the Circle
- Short Circle Check-In Ice Breaker
- Practice Round 1 with Guided Meditation from me, One-on-one Validation from the animal’s person, and then larger group Sharing and Q&A
- Practice Round 2 (Time Permitting) with Guided Meditation from me, One-on-one Validation from the animal’s person, and then larger group Sharing and Q&A
- Aspiration Meditation to Close the Circle
I will record meetings each month, and so if you can’t make it to class, you have the sharing and Q&A discussions available to listen anytime.
You will have access to The Learning Playground private course website where students can download recordings of class meetings, guided meditations, and photos of our Animal Teachers.
You will have opportunities to practice outside of class time with our Animal Teachers, using The Learning Playground private course website to post communications and receive validation from the animal’s person.
The focus of our meetings will be practicing and receiving validation, however in some of our meetings, I will bring a learning impulse intended to stimulate growth and expansion. This might look like one meeting focused on communication with insects, another meeting where each student communicates with a missing/lost animal, or another meeting where we explore leakages in our energy body that occur in the animal communication space, so as to support our efforts in energy management. In this way, you could think of the Learning Playground as a sampler of the curricula brought in my other courses.
And don’t worry if it has been a few years since your Basic 1 class! I tailor every class meeting’s exercises to make sure everyone is successful. And beautifully, there is a warmth, a camaraderie that develops in every class, as we support each other’s growth and learn how to see each other as our animals see us, with so much joy and genuine care. You will be surprised how easily you can get back in the flow again.

Additional Details:
With some exceptions, The Learning Playground class meetings will most often be held on the 4th Sunday of every month.
Students will submit a photo of each of their animal friends, both in body and in Spirit, or wild animals they have a relationship with, to be included in our Animal Teachers Photo Collage. Of course I have most of these on file and can use the photos I have, unless students want to add additional animals.
Students on the monthly payment option are asked to commit for 12 months, to create continuity and stability in the learning circle. However, if some personal emergency comes forward and they need to discontinue membership, this can be arranged.
New students who have completed a minimum of Basic 1 with me can register and join The Learning Playground at any time, with their 12-month commitment beginning from the first month of their enrollment. This keeps our learning atmosphere open and dynamic, providing new classmates and Animal Teachers to practice and learn with.
Minimum enrollment is 4 and maximum enrollment is 44 students. At larger enrollment numbers, we will adapt activities to accommodate larger numbers, so as to maximize practice time and opportunities during class meetings.

One-On-One Mentoring Sessions
If you are ready to grow your proficiency in animal communication or if you want targeted insight into a specific practice communication, a one-on-one mentoring session is the best way to work through your process step by step.
In a typical mentoring session, we can do any of the following: 1) You can ask questions about your practice of animal communication; 2) We can review a communication you have done with a particular animal and I can help validate the communication you are receiving from the animal, as well as help you take the conversation deeper; or 3) I can connect with you more directly to help you get a sense of your strengths and areas for growth, and suggest ways to help you clear anything that holds you back in your learning of animal communication.
It is so valuable to receive reflection of where you are excelling, and also become more aware of your blind spots. And it is especially helpful when we communicate together with an animal to clarify and confirm any parts of the communication where you feel unsure. Often the animals themselves have very powerful insights to help you on your learning journey.

Supportive Practices Tailored to Your Evolving Process
Sometimes I will recommend practices or activities specific to your growth needs at that time, intended to help you realize the shifts necessary to take your practice of animal communication to the next level. These may include recordings of meditations, clutter clearing, working with a therapeutic practitioner, family constellation work, organ cleansing protocols, space clearing, and more. The beautiful thing is that all of these supportive practices will not only help you improve your ability to communicate with animals but also live a more balanced, healthy, and joyful life.
